My name is Dominique Flipping. I was struggling to figure out exactly what it was that I wanted to do and exactly how I was going to go about doing so.

My entire life my loved ones around me had provided as much love and stability for me as they were capable of. I’ve always had to work hard for my accomplishments and through trials and tribulations I gained more knowledge on how to get more ahead, and I'll tell you now if you are driven just as I was there’s always more to learn!

Now to give you just a little background information on myself; when I was 21 years old I was working for 14$ an hour mixing chemicals over night for Keystone, a local company in the Cherry Hill, NJ Area, I had just bought my first town home and found a way to make ends meet with a roommate who had moved in. After some time Id realized I just wasn’t quite living the ”American dream” and well, at this point I may be roommate bound for longer then I’d like to.

At this time I was also in college and selling real estate whenever I received the opportunity to do so. I started attending job fairs for multiple office jobs and even a seminar to possibly become a police officer! One day I received a call back with a job offer to become a loan officer and at the time it was financially the best offer I had yet to come across so I accepted.

Through working with in the mortgage business I’ve gotten to learn a lot about people, talking to strangers every day about their struggles and reasons why they are looking to refinance their homes and it has done nothing more than drive me to try to push others in a positive direction. Learning about people and
realizing unforeseen circumstances can happen at any moment and alter their lives to where they need to reconsider their personal possessions (houses, cars, etc.) made me realize how important it is to really be prepared for what life can bring your way.

You can see now how I’ve come to also selling life, home, and car insurance as well as annuities. I would like the opportunity to share with you the knowledge I’ve gained these last few years and if you would allow me to do so I think you will be very satisfied.

My name is Laurel Hubbs, just like a lot of other people I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to do after high School and for about 7 year post graduation I had finally figured it out.

I met Dominique Flipping in 2015, I was content living in apartments and working my two jobs for Cooper University Hospital and bar tending at night because at that time “My credit was just too bad to work on fixing” and I “didn’t see the point” because let’s face it apartments were “affordable” “maintenance free” and “more convenient” right? Wrong. Going over my credit report was the scariest thing I had done in quite a while, at that time, I’ll tell you now I also have a nine year old daughter.

Through Dominique I’ve learned that having a home or just
property in general that you can personally claim is 100% an investment weather you are living in it or using it for investment reasons. There are just so many reasons why owning a home and
refinancing a home are very helpful in having a more fulfilling life financially.

After losing a friend to a horrific care accident this past year I also understand how even at 27 years of age life and car insurance are more important that I had realized. We don’t always expect the worst
to happen to us but the reality of it is that we wouldn’t want to leave behind the financial burden to those grieving our loss or being left without a way to take care of their personal belongings.

A lot of what we are offering to others does seem to all collide at one point or another and we would like to prepare you as well as we could for what life could possibly put in your path.
